As a graduate of this program - I can vouch. This made me a much better teacher. I have learned that this picture is the product and not the process. How best to create the process is much more reflective. There are performance degrees and conducting degrees to be had, of course. I challenge anyone to learn about processes through research. You may be quite surprised at what you can learn.
